Fundamentals of Raw Living Foods Online

The first in our Chef Training Series. In this this foundaitonal course, you’ll learn the basics of gourmet living foods. Skills range from using equipment to sprouting to preparing appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, and desserts…plus dressings, sauces, nut milks and cheeses, smoothies, snacks, and more. All video demos and talks are personally taught by Living Light Culinary Institute Founder Cherie Soria.
